What’s for dinner

14 Jan

Last night, we made a family favorite that everyone could eat. My son has an egg and chicken allergy, yes chicken! We are an egg-free, chicken-free house. Finding something that an oh so picky boy enjoys, is super exciting for this mama! So, homemade pizza night it was. To save time (the 10 whole minutes it takes) I usually buy Trader Joe’s pre-made pizza dough. It’s very tasty and only $1…you can’t beat that. The kids love to help and snack while we add the sauce, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.  It turns out to be one of the best things ever eaten!

Takes a lot of patience hence the professional look of your pizza!

It does take a lot of patience! I actually don’t like making them, but the kids love to and they taste so good!
